Who am I? I'm an integrator. I'm part engineer, part strategist, part coach, part project manager, and an occasional philosopher.
I focus on the intersections of technical and human systems to build better products and organizations. I have an MBA but I don't consider myself a business person. I'm more of a people systems person: I build structure around vague problems and bring together skills from different people and areas to make things better.

I bring three distinct approaches to to any situation and team that I encounter:
Flexible Thinking | Technical Rigor | Human Focus

What do I do? Integrator's connect seemingly distinctive fields to create value. I work at the intersection of different fields and functions.

Visualization + strategy → bring people together toward a common vision through approachable priorities and clear workflows
-
Project Management + Design Thinking → new ways of prioritizing scarce resources adn energizing results
-
Systems thinking + Team interaction → new ways to drive team behavior that emphasizes relationships and interconnections
